Colbèrt B. Williams, Sr., directs and provides clinical services for the IFC Wellness Center’s Inland Empire Anger Management Program.

Colbèrt received his bachelors (B.A.) degree in psychology and Master of Social Work degree (M.S.W.), with a concentration in Industrial Social Work, from the University of Southern California. He went on to obtain post-masters certifications in Anger Management, Trauma Response and a Fellow in Domestic Violence.  He also has an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Mortuary Science from Cypress College.

Colbèrt brings a unique, holistic, educational, clinical, and experiential background and approach to the field of Anger Management and Family Law. Historically, Colbèrt brings thirty-plus years of in-depth comprehensive experience from a variety of settings and organizations. He also maintains a private practice--Executive & Life Coaching, Inc. based out of Lancaster, California. Colbèrt has provided psychotherapeutic, counseling, Executive Coaching and Personal Life Coaching services in the healthcare, sports, corporate, government and military industries, as well as personal and family environments. Colbèrt has previous experience working with combat veterans and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Colbèrt, a Vietnam disabled combat veteran awarded the Presidential Unit Citation and Combat Action Ribbons, was honorably discharged from the United States Navy in 1975, after serving a four year tour of duty.  Colbèrt is well-qualified to administer individualized pro-active or at-risk management assessments, recommendations, and treatment interventions.
