Services are provided by psychologists, social workers, and marriage and family therapists. Staff members are carefully selected for their clinical skills and belief in the Center's mission.

In addition, our therapists facilitate groups that are focused on prevention, wellness, and psychoeducation. The therapists in our practice specialize in a numbers of areas, including domestic violence, sexual identity issues, pregnancy and postpartum wellness, workers compensation, and multicultural issues.
Clients seek services with IFC Wellness therapists for the following: anger management, loss or grief, parenting skills enhancement, relationship issues, the integration of spirituality into daily life, anxiety, depression, marital and divorce issues, trauma, personality issues, obsessive thinking, gay and lesbian issues, and issues regarding race and culture.
Therapy sessions vary between therapists, but may include the integration of the following theoretical orientations: cognitive-behavioral, family systems, humanistic, play therapy, psychodynamic, and multicultural psychology. IFC Wellness therapists are also trained in testing and assessment and we provide trainings and workshops for schools, community organizations, and businesses.
